We know that all our products are maximally reliable, that is why we offer a 100% money back guarantee on all our retailed products!

If you aren’t fully satisfied with one of our products, we will exchange it for another product of your liking, or we will immediately refund the full amount of the product to the bank account you provide us (international format- IBAN, SWIFT code).

The warrantee time period for each of our products:
- magnetic devices: 60 days
- electronic devices: 30 days
- other products: 14 days

We ensure money back guarantee conditions without asking any questions. We will refund the product’s price within 10 days upon receiving the returned product along with its invoice.

The refund doesn’t pertain to delivery charges which might have incurred.
We can only deal with warrantee problems if invoice and warrantee papers are included with product.

We issue a VAT invoice for each purchase you make
We offer a (1-2 year)technical warrantee on the electronic devices we retail, if the device was used according to the instructions found in its manual.

The validation condition of processing warrantee problems is to show the corresponding original or (copy of) invoice.
You can send us back the product by mail to our Kecskemét office’s address.
We will send you te new product or send you back the service opinion if we didn’t find the product faulty.

We do not accept packages sent back to us that are COD. In case of warantee problems the delivery charges to and from are the expenses of the customer.
